Meet the Team
Vatche Kassardjian
Vatche is the principal and founder of Pond Square Dental Practice. He qualified from Guy’s and St Thomas’ in 1999. After gaining six years’ experience as an associate, Vatche set up Pond Square Dental Practice.
Vatche enjoys building his relationships with people, with the aim of bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the Practice, and helping to provide efficient and effective solutions and long term management of dental and oral health issues.
Vatche is dedicated to his profession, taking numerous courses every year and spending time considering how to approach his work such that he is able to provide the best possible service to his patients.
Vatche is currently taking the Certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology part time course at the Eastman Dental Institute, and has been accepted at the world renowned GKT Dental Institute on a specialist training programme in Prosthodontics, which he will complete part time over four years starting in September 2012.
In his spare time, Vatche is a keen golfer, climber, and part time cyclist.

Dr Jason Lai, BDS (Lond) Msc Implant Dentistry (Lond), MFGDP (UK
Jason qualified from Guy’s Hospital (University of London) in 1998. In his final year he was awarded the Newland Pedley Medal in restorative dentistry.
He went on to gain his MFGDP at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2000, and further specialised by obtaining his Masters’ qualification in Implant Dentistry at the renowned GKT dental institute (part of King’s College, London). He continues to keep abreast of the latest implant developments and is presently involved in active research at Guy’s Hospita.
Jason is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology.
Jason also has a keen interest in reconstructive and cosmetic dentistry.
Outside of work, Jason is married, an avid surfer, an accomplished squash player, and an improving golfer.

Lola O'Shea, Qualified Dental Nurse
Lola has been working at Pond Suare Dental Practice since January 2011.
Lola has been working in dentistry for six years, and, having recently moved to London, qualified as a Dental Nurse last year.
